Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything isn’t quite right so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include a description of the issue, your order number, and any relevant photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. Return Authorisation: Upon review, we will provide instructions on how to return the item if it is deemed faulty or damaged. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products.
  5. Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your replacement or refund. If approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method within 28 days.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion

Refunds
